On my Walk Across Southern Utah in 2017, I experienced many awesome sights and had one of my most satisfying longer walks during my years of backpacking.
I did not expect to enjoy breakfast at a James Beard Award-nominated restaurant that makes foodies salivate when I mentioned an off-hand visit to this now well-known restaurant in Boulder, UT.
I did not know the story of this restaurant until well after. I just wanted some eggs and sausage. 🙂
