@ramblinghemlock and I felt another weekend of hik @ramblinghemlock and I felt another weekend of hiking and camping seemed wise rather than pushing it too soon. We transitioned to day hiking and camping at the last minute. ... With some map reading, we plotted out a satisfying route. And with some 4WD travel, we also found a quiet spot for the second night. ...
