We transitioned to day hiking and camping at the last minute. ... With some map reading, we plotted out a satisfying route. And with some 4WD travel, we also found a quiet spot for the second night. ... @ramblinghemlock is still a bit under the weather, @ramblinghemlock is still a bit under the weather, so we took it easy today and went to the nearby @deadhorsepoint with some of the best views towards the Colorado River and also towards what people colloquially call "Thelma and Louise Point." ...
