Joan and I certainly have our “spirited discussions” as times (“Midwest Nice” roots meets “Northeast blue-collar” vibe does not always mesh 🙂 ), but we get to where we need to go at the end. Joan is my partner on many levels and I feel so fortunate I showed up on her door step over eight years ago now!
