Sounds great! Growing up, turkey ended up as a the secondary course. As with many Italian-American families, the stuffed shells, stuffed artichokes, and other Mediterranean delights ended up as the real main course. Ha!   (And, Grandma Magnanti also made turkey stuffing with pine nuts and raisins. My younger palate did not apprecaite those flavors.)]]></description>
