I know better than to ask, but I’m trying to figure out where this ridge walk is.
I think ridge walks are my favorite too.
I’ve begun learning how to follow topo maps and would like to piece together a loop with the ridge included. Prob one night as well but maybe two if I beat the winter.
Any help would be appreciated even which map to look at.

If not, I completely understand.

It is important to make time to recharge, even if you did not get the trip you wanted you still got out and had a few moments to yourself in the crowded area close to home. I need to tell myself that more often and I will take this as a reminder to me to get out and get some time in the back country by myself.

Somewhere out there is an almost perfect job that pays well and allows you plenty of time for your personal life. I finally found it at age 48. At age 65 the job changed and became less than perfect. So I quit working altogether. But that ‘perfect’ job and a ‘perect’ wife put me in a position to retire a bit earlier than planned.
