Sorry to hear. This review is over three years old however and no longer as relevant. The sizing worked for me, for example. But, again, that was three years ago.

Company makes all kinds of folksy sounding claims about how you can return no matter what, but has ignored emails directly and through the site for almost a month. Terrible customer service. On top of this, you have to be content with buying something made in China.
