Yep. Just just a stove. It is no better or worse than similar $40 +/- stoves. Best part? It is one we already had and it did not cost us extra money! 🙂

At least on mine, the flame is not consistent. I have to turn up the flame periodically while heating my water as it seems to lessen as the minutes go by. Having said that, it has worked for me for many meals.
