My first YouTube gear review! My gear pick of the year for 2019 ended up being a crappy, beat-up, but ever effective Coleman cooler I use for quick camping trips and stashing in the car for post-hiking goodness. Here’s a review of it in the field.
TL;DR? It’s plastic, it holds beverages.
This really lightened the mood and made me laugh. I still can’t believe people shell out for those overpriced yeti coolers. It boggles the mind that coolers are now a status symbol. I hope your next review has a bit more of the New England accent.

Love your videos and advice PMags! You are so authentic, it’s refreshing. P.S. I bought a Yeti cooler a few years back on sale. It was still was too expensive, and honestly, it’s not that great. Ice stills melts in a few days. Not worth the cash.
