I found the packets in the Family Dollar store here in Moab at 6 for $1.00. Not bad at all for the price! Looks like Amazon is out as of this day (4/24), but the supply chains are all messed up now for obvious reasons!

I go for the cheapest coffee that I like, which could be name brand or store brand. Most of the time, that means coffee that doesn't have a bitter aftertaste. Outdoors, I will use a press when truck camping, pour over or packets otherwise. I have some of the Bustelo instant, but have never seen the packets. I'll have to try some. I usually drink my coffee black, except when I'm going to take off before eating. In that case, I'll mix up a concoction with dry milk, cocoa, protein powder and whatever I think will get me by until I have a chance to stop for breakfast.

But you are ruining the coffee by adding cream and sugar! ;)

Being a touch more serious (because I'm a confirmed black coffee drinker nearly 100% of the time), the nearest TJ's is 4 hrs away from us. Much to Joan's chagrin. When I visit Boulder, CO to see friends, a Costco and TJ run is always on the agenda.
